Gold Medal Technologies looking for a Graphic Designer to assist with the development of promotional and branding materials to its list of clients.
Your primary role will be to assist the team in the concept creation and production of graphics for social media campaigns, web pages, print, and more.
You will participate in a wide variety of print and digital marketing projects. This includes contribution to overall design direction for products, digital assets, and other deliverables.
· Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
· Conceptualize visuals that align with messaging goals for the design.
· Creating visual concepts for marketing campaigns, using computer software or by hand.
· Designing graphics for various types of media, such as print ads, social media, websites, and more.
· Collaborating with the creative team to develop visual marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Communicating with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
· Creating layouts and designs for brochures, flyers, business cards, and other promotional materials.
· Developing and maintaining a company’s visual brand guidelines.
· Ensure that designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
· Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques and technologies.
· Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 2+ years in graphic design production.
· Subject Matter Expert (SME) in graphic design, including expertise in visual design, layout principles, and color theory.
· A strong commitment to rapidly acquiring skill in the utilization of new graphic design technology.
· Demonstrated ability to capture a vision through visual creativity.
· Manage time wisely (This is a must: we track time for billing purposes.)
· Manage and execute projects from conception to completion.
· Strong portfolio showing a breadth of digital design capabilities.
· Desire to develop creative and original designs that align with the Gold Medal Technologies brand and our customers’ objectives.
· Embrace and implement feedback effectively.
· Utilize judgement, discretion, and confidence in handling sensitive information.
